Gotta take the ship from Chesedonia to Kaitzur Naval Port. Then just head east until you hit Theor Forest. Easy peasy!

To reach Theor Forest in Tales of the Abyss, head to Chesedonia and then take the ship to Kaitzur Naval Port. From there, make your way east to find Theor Forest. Don't forget to stock up on items first!
