Hey! Unfortunately, you can鈥檛 directly rearrange items in Bee Swarm Simulator, but you can equip and unequip items to manage your inventory better.

I play the game a lot, and you can't really rearrange items. What you can do is focus on upgrading your tools and backpack frequently for better progress.
