You can also reboot by navigating to the Settings menu, select 'System Settings,' then choose 'Console Settings,' and finally 'Restart Console.'

As an expert in Xbox 360 reboots (aka, I've done it way too many times), I recommend holding the guide button on your controller and selecting 'Turn Off Console.' After it powers down, use the controller to power it back on!
