You need to replace the power cells in the Cyclops to recharge it. Just grab some fresh ones from your base or craft new ones with resources like ion cubes and kyanite!

I found the best way is to keep spare power cells handy. Craft a Power Cell Charger and install it in your Cyclops or base. Always be prepared!
