Unfortunately, once you delete messages on Facebook, there's no way to recover them. But you can try checking the 'Archived' folder; sometimes we think we deleted something, but it's just archived!
I accidentally deleted a ton of messages once and tried everything. No luck at all! Now I just archive messages instead, and it's a lifesaver.
