So you've been farming, mining, and socializing so hard that you've run out of steam? Fear not! The quickest way to recover energy in Stardew Valley is by eating food. Crops you've grown, foraged items, cooked dishes—basically any munchies you got will do the trick. Sleeping is another no-brainer; just hit the hay (literally, if you want) in your farmhouse bed, and you'll wake up with full energy the next morning. Last but not least, the Spa north of town will refill your energy bar as you soak in its relaxing waters. So, eat, sleep, or spa your way back to full energy!

Protip: Keep a stash of foraged berries or spring onions in your inventory early game. They're everywhere and they give you just enough energy to push a little further without costing you a dime. Snack smart, farm hard!

Just sleep, y'all. Why make it complicated when you can just hit the sack and start fresh the next day?

Taking a dip in the Spa located above the Carpenter’s Shop is my go-to method. It’s totally free and besides, who doesn’t love a relaxing spa day? Just remember it's only open after you've repaired the Community Center or Joja Warehouse.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
