Email them! The support team is pretty helpful. Just shoot them an email with your issue, and they might be able to restore your progress manually. Mention any receipts from in-app purchases or any identifiable info. Worked for a friend of mine.

Simple fix! If you didn't link Homescapes to Facebook and need to recover your game, try linking your game to a different supported account, like Google Play or Apple ID, if you hadn't before. If you had it linked, just reinstall the game and sign in with that account. Your progress should sync right back up. Always works for me!
No Facebook, no problem! Just keep your game connected to Google or Apple, way easier.
Lost without FB? IMHO, always link your game to some account. No backup means starting over is the only way. Tough love, but true.
