To recruit Red Talon contractors in State of Decay 2, you gotta use Daybreak Points to unlock them. Play the Daybreak DLC and you'll earn these points, which you can then spend on recruiting those elite operatives. Just head to your radio menu, select Daybreak, and spend your hard-earned points!

Easiest way to recruit Red Talon guys? Grind Daybreak for points, then buy 'em from the radio menu. Simple as that.
From personal experience, once you rack up enough Daybreak Points, Red Talon operatives are a game changer. They have great skills and gear, worth the grind!
