From personal experience, once you log in, you'll see a blue Twitter icon. Click it, type your code in the box, and hit 'Submit.' That's it!
Honestly, there are no active code redemption features in Adopt Me anymore. They removed them, so don't waste your time looking for it. Just focus on earning Bucks in-game.
