Easy peasy! On your Xbox, go to the Store, scroll down to 'Redeem a code,' and enter your 25-character code. Done and done!

From personal experience, I find it quickest to redeem Xbox codes directly through the Xbox app. Just tap the menu, hit Microsoft Store, and redeem your code there!
