From my experience, just head to Settings, then System, and finally Console info & updates. Hit Reset console and pick the option that suits you—either clean slate or keeping your games.

It's super easy! Just go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Took me 5 mins when I did it last week.

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. You can choose 'Reset and remove everything' for a full wipe or 'Reset and keep my games & apps' if you just want to fix some issues without losing all your installed games!
