Unfortunately, you can't refund Fortnite gifts once you've sent them. Epic Games' policy is pretty strict on this one.

Yea, sorry to say, but Fortnite doesn't allow refunds for gifts. Make sure you know who you're sending those V-Bucks to!

There's no way to refund gifts in Fortnite. Epic Games just doesn't offer that option, period.
