Easy peasy! Just head to the Xbox website, sign in to your account, then go to 'Order history'. Find the game you wanna refund, click 'Request a refund,' and follow the prompts. If it's within 14 days and you haven't played it too much, you should be good to go!

I had to refund a game once because it was buggy AF. Just visit the Microsoft Store site, log in, check your purchase history, and request a refund there. They even email you updates!

I had a bad experience with a refund when the game didn't meet my expectations. Went to the Microsoft Store, signed in, found my game under 'Order history,' and clicked 'Request a refund.' Super straightforward!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
