Head over to account.microsoft.com, select Services & subscriptions, and find your Xbox Live subscription. Choose 'Manage' and then 'Cancel.' Remember to check if you're eligible for a refund during this process!

Just log into your Microsoft account, go to the Services & Subscriptions page, find your Xbox Live subscription, and select 'Cancel.' Follow the prompts, and choose the reason for cancellation. If eligible, you’ll get your refund shortly!
