Did this just last week: Log into your Microsoft account, find the 'Devices' tab, then locate and remove your Xbox One. Boom, done!

You’ll need to log into your Microsoft account online. Then, navigate to 'Devices,' find your Xbox, and choose the option to remove it.

Why bother? Just change your password and it will automatically sign out all devices.

Easy-peasy! Just go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and manage your devices under the 'Devices' tab. Remove your Xbox One from there.
