Easy peasy! Go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and under 'Payment & billing', find the 'Payment options' section. Select the card you want to remove and click 'Remove'. Done and done!

I just did this last week! You need to sign in to your Microsoft account online, head over to 'Payment & billing', and then 'Payment options'. From there, select the card you wanna nix and hit 'Remove'.
