Super easy! Just login to your Microsoft account on a web browser, go to Payment & Billing, and select Payment Options. From there, you can remove your credit card.

Open your Xbox console, go to Settings, select Account, and then Payment & Billing. Pick the credit card you want to remove and select Remove.
