Hey, I've done this! Start by locating the buttons at the sides of the Crocs. Pop those out, and the fleece lining should come out smoothly.

Easy peasy! Just pull back the edges of the fleece lining around the heel and toe areas and gently tug it out. No tools needed!

You'll need to press the rivets (those little buttons on the sides) from the inside and pop them out. Once done, the lining should slide out without much hassle.
