Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook settings, find 'Apps and Websites,' then select the game you want to remove and hit 'Remove.' Boom, game gone!
I鈥檝e had to do this a bunch of times! Just go to Settings -> Apps & Websites -> Logged in with Facebook -> Select the game -> Remove. No more annoying notifications!
