How to Remove Hay Day Farm from Game Center
From personal experience, you can sign out of Game Center, then uninstall and reinstall Hay Day. When you open it again, it'll ask you to link to a new Game Center account.

Removing Hay Day from Game Center? Just unlink your Game Center account from Hay Day in the settings of the game.
Easy peasy! Just open your Game Center app, go to the 'Games' tab, find Hay Day, swipe left, and tap 'Remove'. Bye-bye farm!
