To remove the HUD in War Thunder, hit the F10 key during a game. This will toggle the HUD on and off!

Honestly, do you really need to remove the HUD? It's there for a reason, buddy.

You can also go to the Options menu, then select 'Controls', and find the 'Hide HUD' command to bind it to a key.

From my experience, the best way to fully immerse yourself without the HUD is by switching to the 'Realistic' or 'Simulator' modes.
