You'll need to use Eidolon Lens or Greater Lenses to overwrite existing ones. Just equip the new lens and it'll replace the old one. Essentially like upgrading your phone!

Hey there! To remove a lens in Warframe, you need to go to your Arsenal, select the Warframe or weapon that has the lens, and then click on the 'Actions' tab. There should be an option to 'Remove Focus Lens'. Easy peasy!

You can't actually remove a lens in Warframe without replacing it with another lens. If you want it gone, just put on a new one!
