Facebook doesn’t give an option to remove 'People You May Know,' but hey, you can always choose not to click on it. They can’t suggest what you ignore!
You can't actually remove the 'People You May Know' feature entirely, but you can ignore it. Just scroll past it, and voila, it’s like it never existed!
