Honestly, just wait it out. Most poison effects aren't worth fretting over unless it's a close match. Keep your healing cards for bigger threats.
LOL, don't worry, no need to call a doctor or anything! In the Pokemon TCG, if your Pokemon gets poisoned during a battle, just use a Pokemon Center, Full Heal, or any other card with a healing effect that specifically mentions curing poison. Or, if the battle ends and you're setting up for a new game, poison effects don't carry over, so your Pokemon starts fresh.
