Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users, and make sure your account has the proper permissions. If it's a family account, you might need to adjust the child settings.

I had the same issue. I ended up having to change my privacy settings on the Xbox website. Go to account.xbox.com, then Privacy & online safety, and make sure your settings allow you to access everything.
