Unfortunately, you can't delete other people's posts. Your best bet is to report it if it's inappropriate.
If the post violates Facebook's community standards, report it! Otherwise, just unfriend or block the person if their posts bug you.
Been there, done that! Report the post by clicking the three dots and selecting the report option. Facebook usually handles it quickly!
