In BitLife, you can report people to HR when you're employed. Just go to the job section, select your workplace, and choose the co-worker you want to report. Then, select 'Report to HR' from the options.

It's simple! When you're employed, head to your job under the occupation tab, click on the colleague giving you trouble, and pick 'Report to HR.' Done and dusted!

Reporting people to HR in BitLife is not always the best strategy. Sometimes it's better to address the issue directly with the person or let it slide!
