Jump over to the Microsoft account website, head to 'Order history' under 'Payment & billing,' and click 'Request a refund' next to your Xbox Game Pass subscription. Follow the instructions, and you should be set!

Couldn't be easier. Just log in to your Microsoft account, navigate to 'Payment & billing,' find your Game Pass order, and request a refund. Done and done.
