To request all your data from Discord, go to User Settings, then Privacy & Safety, and click on 'Request all of my Data'. It'll take a bit of time for Discord to compile your info, so be patient!

I asked for my data once. Took a couple of weeks, but Discord eventually sent me a download link. Check your settings!
