Head to one of the alchemists in the game. They sometimes offer a flaw reroll service for a hefty sum of Notes, or materials you might need to collect. Happy flaw fixing!
From my experience, the best way to reroll flaws is finding the hidden alchemist in the forest. They can hook you up, but you gotta find 'em first!
