Unfortunately, you can't directly reset crew skills in War Thunder. You'll have to use Golden Eagles to retrain your crew if you want to change their skills. Check out the Gaijin Market if you need some Golden Eagles!

No way to reset crew skills, so choose wisely when you level them up. Maybe start a new crew instead?
I've had to retrain crews before. It's a bit pricey with Golden Eagles, but it鈥檚 your best bet for adjusting skills. It's a good idea to plan ahead and think about what skills are most important for your play style and vehicle type to avoid needing retrains.
