There's no built-in reset button, but you can always try uninstalling and reinstalling if you don't mind losing everything.
To reset Hay Day progress, you need to uninstall the game, clear the app data from your device, and then reinstall it. But remember, this will wipe all your progress, so proceed with caution!
From personal experience, I emailed Supercell support, and they helped reset my game progress. They're pretty responsive and helpful!
If you want to start fresh, delete the game and reinstall it. You can use a new Google or Apple account for a totally clean slate.
