The only way to reset skill points in Demonfall is by using a special item called the Blue Demon Horn. You can get it by defeating Blue Demons and then trade it with a Black Merchant in-game. Good luck!

You need a Blue Demon Horn to reset skill points. Find a Blue Demon, take it down, and trade the horn with the Black Merchant.
