Navigate to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset. Follow the on-screen instructions and voila, it's like a brand new Roku!
Unplug the power cord, wait a minute, and plug it back in. Sometimes the old 'plug it out and plug it in' trick does the job!
