To restart Ro-Ghoul, you gotta reset your character stats and levels. Just click the 'Reset Stats' button in the settings menu and bam, you're back to square one!
You can't officially restart Ro-Ghoul. Just reset your stats and change your appearance if you need a fresh start.
I restarted by making a new account. It's a bit of a pain, but it works.
