Honestly, restarting Warframe means deleting all your saved progress from your Xbox storage. Be sure you really want to start over!
Only way to restart is to delete your save data, and yeah... you'll lose everything. Sad but true!
Just go to settings -> system -> storage -> Warframe -> delete saved data. Boom, fresh start! But remember, there's no going back!
From personal experience, the only way to restart is to delete your save data. Did it once, and it was worth it just to replay the story!
