If you backed up your BitLife data to the cloud, just log back into your Google or Apple account and re-download the app. Your data should sync automatically!

Restore it from an iCloud backup if you're on iOS. If you're on Android, make sure you're signed into the same Google account. No backup? Sorry, friend, might be game over for that life.

From my experience, logging back into the same account you used to install BitLife originally should reload your data. Worked for me when I switched phones!
