How to restore Terraria character
Lost your Terraria character? First, don't panic. If you're on PC, simply look in the Terraria folder under 'My Documents'. There's a 'Players' folder where all your characters hang out. If you see a file with your character's name but ends in .bak, that's a backup. Rename it by removing the .bak, and you've got your character back!

Restoring your Terraria character can seem daunting, but no worries! Just dive into your game's files. On PC, you'll find your characters saved in the 'My Documents/My Games/Terraria/Players' folder. If you've lost a character, check if you've got backups in that folder. Sometimes, you might have made a copy without remembering, or the game creates backups before updates. Just rename the backup to replace the current one, and you should be good to go!

Honestly, just keep backups of your Terraria characters next time. Manual backups save lives... or at least your progress.
