Returning stuff on Temu is pretty easy! Just go to 'My Orders' in the app, find the item you want to return, and click 'Return'. Follow the instructions, and you'll get a shipping label to send it back.

First-hand here: I returned a top once. Just hit 'My Orders' -> 'Return' next to the item, follow the steps, and send it back with the provided label. Got my refund in about a week!
