To revive characters in Honkai Star Rail during battle, you gotta have 'Revival Vials' in your inventory. When a character bites the dust, just pop open that inventory, select the Revival Vial, and use it on the fallen hero. Works like a charm every time!

Honestly, best strategy is not letting your characters faint in the first place. Keep your HP up and use those shields. But yeah, if you mess up, Revival Vials are your best friend for bringing characters back in the heat of battle.
