To revive someone on a quest in Fallout Shelter, you'll need to have some Nuka-Cola Quantum on hand. When a Dweller dies during a quest, just tap on their body and you'll see the option to revive them for a certain number of Quantums. It's as simple as that! Keep some Quantum stocked up, and you'll never have to leave a man behind.
Actually revived a couple of my best Dwellers this way on a tough quest. Cost me a bit of Quantum, but totally worth it to keep my dream team going. Make sure you're always equipped with enough Nuka-Cola Quantum before heading out. Lessons learned the hard way are the best learned!
