Rotating furniture in Stardew Valley on Switch is super easy! Just pick it up with the A button, and then use the right joystick to rotate it before placing it back down. If it's not rotating, make sure you're not too close to walls or other obstacles.
Doesn't always work. Some pieces are stubborn and won't spin.
