You can't rotate every item in Terraria. Mostly just tiles like chairs, tables, etc. Aim where you want the open part to face and voila!

For doors, always face them from the direction you want them to open towards. Simple as that.

Rotating items in Terraria is pretty straightforward, but it depends on what you're trying to rotate. For furniture and placeable items, just use the arrow keys or your mouse to aim in the direction you want it to face before placing it. Tools and weapons can't be rotated, though, since their orientation doesn't change how they're used.

Actually, most items align based on your position or your cursor's position. No specific command to 'rotate', just move and place.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
