To run in Fortnite on Nintendo Switch, just press and hold the left joystick forward. If you want to toggle sprinting, go to settings and enable the sprint option.

Easy peasy! Just push the left stick all the way forward to run. For sprinting, check the settings to toggle sprint mode on!
