Rushing a room in Fallout Shelter is easy peasy! Just tap on the room you want to rush, and hit the lightning bolt button you'll see on the lower right. Just remember, the success rate is shown right there, so the higher the percentage, the riskier it is. If the rush fails, brace yourself for an incident like radroach infestation or fire.
Don't do it! Rushing rooms is a trap! I rushed my rooms too often and ended up with more fires and radroach infestations than I could handle. Only rush if you're really in a pinch for resources.
