Saving a Daylist is simple: play the Daylist, click the three dots, and choose 'Add to Playlist' to save it as your own playlist.
What worked for me: open the Daylist, hit the heart icon at the top. Boom, it's in your library now!
You can't save it. Spotify just doesn't allow it. Enjoy it while it lasts!
