Just make sure you're connected to Xbox Live! Your 360 game progress gets saved to the cloud and transfers when you play on Xbox One.

You need to have your Xbox 360 saves stored in the cloud. Once it's there, your Xbox One will automatically download the save when you play the game.

Use cloud saves! Enable cloud storage on your Xbox 360, then when you play those games on your Xbox One, your progress will just be there.
