Nope, you can't. Pokemon GO and the Pokemon Trading Card Game are separate entities. Would be cool though, wouldn't it? Imagine scanning your rare Charizard directly into your Pokemon GO account. Dream on, for now!

Sorry to burst the bubble, but as of my last update, you can't actually scan Pokemon TCG cards directly into Pokemon GO. They're like two peas in a pod that haven鈥檛 quite figured out how to share the same pod yet. Pokemon GO focuses on catching virtual Pokemon in the real world, whereas the TCG is all about building decks and battling out with physical or digital cards. They operate in parallel universes!

Actually, you're mixing up your Pokemons! Pokemon GO is all about catching 'em in the real world, while the Pokemon TCG is where your card scanning dreams come true, but separately in the TCG鈥檚 own app or online platform. No crossover scanning feature exists at the moment. Keep those fingers crossed!

You've got it twisted, friend! Scanning Pokemon TCG cards into Pokemon GO isn't a thing. But hey, exploring the world for Pokemon in GO and strategizing your next TCG battle keeps things separately spicy!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
