On your Chromebook, click on the Quick Settings menu at the bottom-right, select 'Cast,' and choose your Roku TV from the list. Easy peasy!
Use an HDMI cable, if all else fails. Sometimes old school works best.
I've done this before! Just make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi, click 'Cast' from the Chromebook settings, and select your Roku!
