To see bomb sights in Realistic Mode, switch to the bomber’s cockpit view and then toggle the bomb sight view using the default keybind (usually 'V').

Just press 'V' when you're in the cockpit. Bombs away!

You'll need to be in cockpit view and then press 'V' to bring up the bomb sight. Watch out for enemy fighters while you're at it!
